What are cookies

How Everatlas uses cookies

By default, Everatlas uses persistent cookies that store your login ID (but not the password) to make it easier for you to log in when you come back to the Everatlas website. Each time you access Everatlas, Everatlas automatically receives the URL of the site from which you came and of the site to which you are going when leaving Everatlas. Everatlas also receives the Internet protocol (IP) address of your computer (or the proxy server you to access the Web), the computer operating system and type of web browser you are using, as well as the name of your ISP. This data is saved in a log file and will be stored by Everatlas in the standardised combined log file format unless the User objects to the processing of such data and notifies Everatlas by sending a letter to the registered office of Everatlas. The information is used in anonymous form to analyse overall trends to help Everatlas improve its service, e.g., Everatlas may analyse on which days and at which time  Everatlas is particularly frequented. The linkage between your IP address and your personally identifiable information is never shared with any third party without your permission except when required by law. Everatlas reserves the right to review the log files from the last known IP address of you where Everatlas has reasonable cause to believe that you are using Everatlas Services in breach of contractual agreements or the applicable legislation. In doing this, Everatlas protects other users, the safety of its user’s data, as well as Everatlas and the Everatlas Services.

In addition to our own cookies, we may also use various third-parties cookies to report usage statistics of the Service, deliver advertisements on and through the Service, and so on.
